Terms of Service

By accessing and using the KB1 Music Productions and Design website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

KB1 Music Productions and Design provides music production, graphic design, AV equipment rental, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Hourly services require a 20% deposit at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
• Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
• Full payment is due before final deliverables are released.
• Bookings can be rescheduled with 48+ hours notice at no additional cost.

• Full refunds available for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance.
• Deposits are forfeited for cancellations within 48 hours.
• Completed work and delivered files are non-refundable.
• If KB1 Music Productions and Design fails to deliver agreed services, a full refund will be issued.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables for their intended use. KB1 Music Productions and Design retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. AI-generated content is provided for client use but may have additional licensing considerations.

Each service includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount are billed at standard hourly rates. Revision requests must be made within 14 days of initial delivery.

Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition it was provided. Clients are responsible for loss, theft, or damage to equipment during the rental period. A security deposit may be required for high-value items.

Free community services are available to residents of Denver, Jefferson, and Adams counties. Proof of residency may be requested. Availability is limited and subject to scheduling constraints.

KB1 Music Productions and Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
